Join the workshops of remaking and open branding at the public area of THEKEY.TO at Postbahnhof! We call consumers and designers to rethink the way fashion brands and trends are usually constructed, and by whom. Some argue that fashion has nothing to do with personality, or rather, that identities are ready-made and pacifying rather than encourage participation and co-authorship. But we claim that fashion can be used for engagement and be a vehicle for personal growth and skill enhancement.
Bring your no-longer worn clothing to swap for new favorites and take part of this collaborative experiment in open branding. Let's mash up our ideas of the ideal meta-brand, while swapping, upcycling and restyling new treasures.
